With Laci and Mitch anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new baby, they are surrounded by the turmoil of discovering Mama’s illness while their two sons fight over the love of a woman.
A white Christmas brings a moment of joy, but Laci’s faith is tested again when their baby clings to life.
Together the Young family must lean on each other and the only One who can truly give them strength.
Will they find the faith they need…even through the snow?
Sandy lives in her hometown of Mt. Vernon, IL enjoying life with her two youngest kids, and works full time for a local hospital as a health consultant. Most mornings she can be found at her local bookstore-coffee shop among friends, looking for inspiration and writing her next novel.
Disclaimer: I received an ARC of FAITH THROUGH THE FALLING SNOW by SANDY SINNETT. The opinions expressed here are entirely my own. Many thanks to Loving the Book for the Advanced Reader Copy.
It was my pleasure to read FAITH THROUGH THE FALLING SNOW by SANDY SINNETT.
I found this book to be a light read and I genuinely enjoyed it from beginning to end. The story line was relatively uncomplicated even with the multiple stories that were playing out within it. Several topics, including Alzheimer’s and life-threatening birth defects are handled with great dignity, honesty, and compassion. The message of faith before all things good and bad is hear very clearly throughout FAITH THROUGH THE FALLING SNOW!
The characters are well developed and unpretentious. They are down-to-earth and honest showing the reader their values and their strong relationships with family and God! The blending of two families is handled a bit too easily perhaps, but it is refreshing to see.
I found FAITH THROUGH THE FALLING SNOW by SANDY SINNETT to be a wonderful book to read this holiday season. It brought a longing for Christmas and snow to the forefront of my mind every time I sat down with it!
I definitely recommend FAITH THROUGH THE FALLING SNOW by SANDY SINNETT and give it five steaming hot cups of Reviews by Room With Books coffee!
